Akina.co.in is an ecommerce platform for the sale of custom-made wallpapers and customised name plates. All products are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website.

3. Customisation and Orders
- All orders are customised and made to measure.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, sizes, dimensions, and other customization inputs.
- Once a digital proof is approved or production has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
- Akina.co.in reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Products are shipped after full payment and approval of design proofs.
- Delivery may take up to 30 days depending on the location and courier availability.
- Shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers are not the responsibility of Akina.co.in.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Returns are not accepted for customised items unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
- Claims must be raised within 2 days of delivery along with photo proof.
- Refunds will only be issued in select cases and as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Product Usage & Installation
- Akina.co.in only supplies wallpapers, and installation is not included.
- We may recommend third-party installers, but their services are not affiliated or guaranteed by Akina.co.in.
- Products must be inspected before installation. We do not accept claims after installation.
- We are not liable for damage due to wall seepage, moisture, mishandling, or chemical reactions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, designs, product images, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Akina.co.in and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Akina.co.in is not liable for:
